Daniela Solís Bakery was founded on a simple belief: artisan food has the power to bring people together, create meaningful connections, and make everyone feel at home. After training at Le Cordon Bleu and working in bakeries across different countries and cultures, Daniela brought together recipes, techniques, and traditions from around the world before opening her International Artisan Bakery in Bellevue. Her journey blends Latin American, Italian, Portuguese, French, Turkish, and British influences with a deep appreciation for real handmade food crafted with care and respect.
